Purchase outside the UK

The seller is based in the US. He only accepts PayPal. He won't ship to the UK.

I have access to a US address. The package would then be forwarded to me in the UK.

How could I go about creating a PayPal that would allow me to purchase from him, using USA information but operating it from the UK?

I have no interest in selling. Just wish to purchase.

You need a US IP - VPS-like - to create a US PP with that address.

Yes I have used Entropay for many of my US PP for purchasing
