i have a question

if i dont link any bank accounts to verified paypals and recieve money lets say 2 payments of 100 pound each

can i buy item straight away and use real address for delivery before getting limited as i can then use them items on a real aged stealth i have and resell

Maybe wait a few days, make sure to upload tracking for the payments received and ship them and wait until you've received the feedback.

Then look at spending, don't do this too quickly

Its best to let the money sit for a couples of days. Sounds like you arrow expecting to get limited after two sales, why's that?

Leaving an account dormant will do nothing to reduce the chances of limitation from your proposed activities.

That's not what I said. I said leaving an account sitting doing nothing for a month or so will not reduce the chance of limitation. If your selling virtual items as you were before this will be risky no matter when you do it.

how do paypal know i am selling virtual goods when i recieve payment direct through paypal with no sign of virtual goods anywhere?

They won't know what it's for and that's why the chances of them limiting you is higher, particularly as the account you plan on using has no transaction history and therefore has lower credibility with PayPal than an established account.

Dropping £200 into a new account with no transaction history and with no easily traceable reason for the money being received is asking for trouble.

what if i send invoices to my customers via PAYPAL for payment then they pay

i can put something like lipsticks is that safe than recieving direct payments without reason?

Then when they want you to prove lipsticks, you need to be able to send invoices etc.... think ahead. Start from the front and work back.
