Please help. Send proof of your identity and address
 

Hi all, I am new to stealth Ebay and Paypal accounts. My stealth Ebay account seems well so far but I have just checked my Paypal account to find I have to provide them with proof of my identity and address. I have created a stealth identity and address. Is there anyone who knows how to help create something to send them? I am very worried about this and would be really greatful if someone could help me out. I take it they can't validate these things? Also is there anyone out there that can change certain details on a scanned picture before uploading them to Paypal?

Passport
Driving license
National identity card
Any official government issued ID (issued by the Army, Police or Diplomatic forces)

Please send us a copy of one of the following documents:

Utility bill or mobile phone bill
A recent bank, building society or credit card statement
Council tax statement (valid for the current year)
Inland Revenue Tax Assessment or Notice of Coding for the current tax year

Important: The document you provide must be dated within the last twelve months, and must show the same name and address as the one on your Paypal account.

Have a look at sellers subforum for help, there are plenty of very experienced users over there who could possibly help with you with the problems that you are facing.

Thanks for your reply. I must seem a bit stupid now but how do I find the sellers sub forum. I am quite new to this site. I have tried having a search on the 'search forums' tab at the top but can't seem to find exactly what I need.

Talk to any of the UK account sellers in the Marketplace for help, this forum only has the best of any forum out there.
