| | | richie2065 | 07-13-2015 03:00 AM | re: paying of ebay fees So, Have recently lost my PP account due to permanent limitation and now by ebay fees are due? How do I pay these as i'm guessing PP wont release any funds or authorise a bank debt..
The VCC I have on the acount is also zero funded and im sure that I can only make a one of payment from a card that is tied in to the account (address etc):help: |
| just_smile | 07-13-2015 03:05 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees You can log in to ebay, go to pay sellers fees section, pay by credit card, add a new vcc with the right amount of funds on it and click pay. |
| richie2065 | 07-13-2015 03:08 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees Ok cheers, is there any other way as i thought of this but it seems a pain in getting a new VCC funding it just to make this payment - maybe an easier way? |
| just_smile | 07-13-2015 03:13 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees Theres no other way now your paypal is limited.
Its very quick and easy if you use entropay. |
| richie2065 | 07-13-2015 03:16 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees Thanks for the info. |

Thanks for the info. | Generally the advice on here is that if your stealth PP goes down you should ditch the ebay account too. That's not something I agree with.
You can go to your ebay seller account and pay the fees using any card you have including someone elses card if necessary.
And you can still do it via paypal if you're able to get across to PP and just use the "pay by card" option - just ensure you don't use a card connected to ANY paypal account ever.
Open a new stealth paypal account and use it with your current ebay account.
I've been doing it for ages without any issues.
It preserves your ebay account but if you're concerned you can easily just open new ebay and paypal accounts in addition and use those at the same time while your existing ebay feedback is preserved , meantime build new feedback with another account.
Basically , it saves wasting an ebay account unnecessarily.
Of course , this assume the paypal limitation is not directly linked to your ebay listings - in which case cut and run |

how much of the details are different? |
Re: paying of ebay fees Last month i paid all my 16 limited ebay for all due fees $500 plus. i use my real bank account, my routing # & account # pain in the ass but i have to do it, i have no problem as long as you pay all your dues to avoid big problem. |
| richie2065 | 07-14-2015 01:42 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees Interesting information guys, I thought I had tried to pay before from one card but it was rejected due to not being same info as the stealth account - I will give it another go! |
| richie2065 | 07-14-2015 01:44 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees **Update*** - basically i received the permanent limitation email last week from PP so had given up on that account but then this morning I got this fom then.. possibility I could come back from the dead??
We’re really sorry you couldn’t use PayPal to pay recently. We’ve limited your account because we’ve noticed some activity that makes us think it might not be you using it. So we can remove the limit on your account, we need to check some of your details.
Just log in to your account and you'll see a notification that your account has been limited, simply follow the steps to confirm some personal details.
You’ll be back up and running in no time |
| dan_ebay | 07-14-2015 07:21 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees paypal (ebay) are holding your money and you're still going to pay fees lol what |
| Callidus | 07-14-2015 07:24 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees Legally you have to pay your fees regardless of PayPal holding money. When PayPal and eBay separate that excuse won't hold any weight. It doesn't now, so it definitely won't anymore. |
| richie2065 | 07-14-2015 10:02 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees indeedy from a legal and moral standpoint fees need to be paid |
| dan_ebay | 07-14-2015 10:47 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees not from a moral point of view lol. I'd let them have it back once the money has been released and dans working capital interest has been charged.
And legal I'd pay if it was stealth but not my own account, can you imagine the court case whether its illegal or not?
Why haven't you paid your ebay fees?
Because ebay decided to randomly hold all my money for 6 months and I had no money for food.
Why did ebay hold your money?
No idea they won't tell me |
| JamesNorth101 | 07-14-2015 11:05 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees Its not eBay holding your money, its PayPal...
Different companies.
If you owe fees you need to pay them |
| wrighty | 07-14-2015 11:41 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees It feels a bit ****ty paying fees on an ebay account you wont be able to use.
But its better than having ebay come after you. |
| richie2065 | 07-14-2015 12:46 PM | Re: paying of ebay fees Good man wrighty, did you sort your problem out where you were sporadically selling a load of the same item for it then to die off, going round in a loop? |

I just let the account be and didn't add anything new and after a few weeks its was doing better than ever . Don't want to risk messing about with it as like the sales.
Sales are up to a great level now mate , still pretty crazy though. I will have 30 sales from 1am to 8 am and then none at that time for a week and then bang sales spike in the early hours again? Pretty consistent through out the day though.
Sorry not much help with a method , just played it safe.
:)

| richie2065 | 07-15-2015 02:13 AM | Re: paying of ebay fees Good news!! Its a mint feeling when ebay/PP leave you alone and you can make some serious dollar.. just that sinking feeling when they pull you on something.. |

What details?
You can use any card to pay the fees. If you use paypal as middle man the details are irrelevant as ebay never gets to see them and as the intermediary paypal don't have an account to compare with the card details.
You need to be on paypal as if you had never used it before so a fresh email address is all you need.
I made several payments this way (using the same card)and eventually paypal asked me if I wanted to open a new account so I did and now I have another account that they opened. |

Your methods go against much of what is taught in stealth, whether they work or not, this isnt the Stuartalex is king forum, so show some system processes, and some evidence, and we can all rejoice in your methods. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 08:06 AM. | |
