remove Receiving limit / unverified

I have a pp account which is unverified. Ebay increased sellimg limit a few times.
Now it reached to receiving limit barrier and received pp reminder.
I spet balance on ebay and stock purchases.

What is the chance of limits being lifted without adding a bank account?

you need a bank account for them to lift the limits.
If you submit docs without a bank, they will only message you asking to add one.

I am surprised without a bank account attahced you have got that far without Pp asking for ID verification
