ok I know about the around 1700 EU limit check where paypal ask for documents..

but what about these "credit checks" where they also ask for documents and can limit your account.

at what point do these occur?

From reading on here I got the impression they could sometimes ask for ID at other times if you use stealth details.

They can ask for it sooner if they want, but they will 100% require it when you hit the EU receiving limits
