I have so far added a Bank account and submitted the deposits. Usually I just have to confirm by post to lift limits but now its asking for a CC. Is that because its new (less 1 month)?

Anyone got any advise? I can't remember what I did last time, I don't think I had to confirm a CC they just rang me

yes you will need to add your credit card. they will deduct £1 then refund it. You will get a expuse code on your statement which should show up about 3 days later. As far as i can remember adding your cc has always been there to remove 1 of the limitations.

The last time that you had a paypal account maybe you didnt remove all limitations.
to remove all limitations you will need to do the following

add bank account
confirm penny deposits
add cc
confirm expuse number
telephone confirmation

As far as i can remember that is all of them.

If you have created a stealth account then do a little research on this forum to see what vcc will work for paypal

I verified the CC & telephone number. used visaVCC but does that mean I may need to use another CC later to get the number?

your card will have to match your bank, otherwise they will refuse
