using an old bank account on a new ebay/paypal account

just a quick question,i have 2 old paypal accounts(that i dont touch) that have two separate bank accounts verified to them.both of these old paypal accounts were linked up to separate ebay accounts that have since been suspended.

my questions is,can i remove these two bank accounts from both of the old paypal accounts and then use them to verify new paypal accounts.

i need to set up some more ebay accounts but have bad credit so im having trouble opening new bank accounts!

im thinking that it might be a problem,that paypal will store the data permanently but im not sure.anyone know?

You have guessed correctly. A bank account can never be used if it has been associated
with a suspended ebay or limiter paypal account. New ebay/paypal needs new bank account.

has anybody come out with a new solution to open bank accounts fast in the uk
as all the saver accounts don't work anymore
