Are my Paypal limits actually lifted?
 

I recently purchased a stealth package from a vendor here. Despite all necessary verification steps being ticked, the account still states that more info is needed to remove limits. Vendor has said that this is quite normal, and that limits are lifted, but I would like to be more certain before I link a new bank account and potentially waste it in a dud account.

Yes its fully verified.

I need to ask though, why would you question the seller as to if the limits have been lifted and when they confirm, then post a thread on it....

Yes they are. We dont seem to get the old screen with the green tick any more.

looks like your limits are lifted . its a tech glitch i have this also.

Because I read another thread here which seems to contradict that info. As I said I want to avoid burning a new bank account on what could be a problematic account.

Have they sent you an email requesting further info. Usually when all boxes are ticked then your limits are lifted. But if they are asking for further info best to call them. Sometimes if you find a good agent on the phone they will lift the limit once you tell them you have ticked all the boxes.
