confirmed address seller protection?
 

i see this on paypal :

* Have a qualified Verified Business or Premier account
* Deliver to the confirmed address on the Transaction Details page
* Retain reasonable proof of postage that can be tracked online
* Require signature receipt on items equal to, or more in value than £150.00 GBP


Is this must be posted to confirmed address to have seller protection ?

It is always a safer practice for a seller to send items to a confirmed address and to have
records of delivery.

yes i will post with recorded delivery. on the transaction page paypal say eligible for SPP. the buyer acc is verified but address is not confirmed. buyer feedback is 0. is it safe to post ?
