Paypal sucks again... my balance go to negative

Today a buyer somehow ask his bank to charge back the money he pay me via paypal.

10 days ago, I sent the item, buyer received, he give me pos feedback and i did the same about 5 days ago.

Now the money is gone

Paypal said they going to investigate but i know i'm 99% lost the money

ok show paypal everything - like the tracking number - the feedback... - and talk to the buyer to see what his problem is and report him to ebay as well - good luck

Yes i've done all of that. But i know 99% paypal will say : sorry we can't get back the money for you because of ... xyz reasons

Let's wait to see that ... uhmmm

I know when a buyer does a "not authorized" chargeback via credit card, PayPal suspends them.

Doesn't PayPal do that when they file "not authorized" via bank? You can at the very least show the info from PayPal to eBay to get the buyer banned from eBay.
