Unauthorised Transaction

Filed a claim for the above in my Paypal and I have heard nothing. All it says is open and then when I click the view button is says the following:

Please provide a valid Transaction ID where you were the sender of the funds and the complainant was the recipient.

Normally I have heard from paypal by now when opening a dispute but I have heard nothing.

I just want to know if its being looked into?
