Is it ok to use your real details (name, address) even if they are linked to a permanently limited PayPal account (which was used for selling) to open another PayPal account for just buying and not selling?

You don't need to use your real details, just open a mailbox and a paypal with a business name and order everything in that name, I do it all the time.

That method flops with ebay UK.

If your selling account got suspended with no proviso to just buy, then your info stinks.

You need to be stealth.

Complete stealth is always the best way to go. But You can get creative with your setup if you want to use the same address for example.

Same address and slight abbreviation to your name is OK, if its a buyers account only
no good for selling though

Your main problem if trying to use real information will be the PayPal acccount

Even if its only used for buying, PayPal still limit any linked accounts

For the eBay you can use the same address and a name variation for just a buyers account and get away with it a lot of the time
