PayPal limited and have negative balance

My PayPal has gone into negative balance because a few people opened eBay case and got refund .
Does that mean that the buyers who opened a case against me have been refunded ? Or will they only be refunded if I put money in my PayPal .

They have been refunded - PP will come after you to recoup negative balance owed....how they do that is up to them but you have no more affair with the buyers

I don't believe they will dip into the bank account to retrieve the funds, but you can probably bet that you will be limited if you don't take care of it quick

You are incorrect.

paypal UK might take from a bank account if one is attached.

they do dip accounts!!!!

withdrawn money to current account, transferred money to savings account within the same bank.

Bank gave money back to paypal and shut me down!!
