paypal & NSD with stealth account

Does using a stealth account, ie not your address as a buyer work against you if you are the buyer who received a duff product. If you want to buy and ask seller to ship to gift address, does it all unravel if you have to make a dispute on paypal?

If handled OK, there should not be a problem. In this case i tend to look at several factors:
monetary value of item
Value to me of account
Ability to dealer with seller: does it have to come to a SNAD?
Nothing is equal with any of this.LOL. I am more inclined to hassle the seller into a refund. An amount of under £50, I will write off. A higher amount, a different story.
