Missing Withdrawal issues to cash plus business

Have three successful stealth accounts all linked to cashplus business accounts which have been working for months no problems.

Since day before yesterday I am missing my withdrawals even tho PayPal said it would take two hours (and normally does, worst case it's in the morning next day?

Anybody else have similar problems? Should I ring the bank or and PayPal? Or would you advise wait a few more days?
