PP glitch when lifting EU
 

Hi, anyone has PP glitch when try to lift EU limits?

Have couple acconts, all ID's sent .
And nothing has changed had no limits lifted or declined.
I always sent them only after 2.5k Eur
Most accounts get lift in 48h
Now have couple accounts waiting for more than a month and got feeling nothing is going on...
Have even sent same docs again.nothing has changed..

Also cant add VCC for some other account i want to lift.
This started around a week ago...

PayPal is backlogged. They have been for the last few months.

Are the accounts bank verified?

You put yourself to the back of the queue when you did this.

The wait hit about 10 weeks and was around this a month ago.

It is currently down to around 2.5 to 3 weeks at the moment.

There is a new portal for lifting the EU limit that was introduced around 2 weeks ago. The idea with it is to improve the speed of document reviews. It would appear there are still a few teething problems.

Ever since paypals changed there EU lift limit page, everythings gone tits up for them.

Paypal are requesting documents for EVERYONE, you no longer will able to pass the EU lift limits page with non-stealth details, so even non stealthers are being requested to provide documents now.

been 11 weeks and counting on one of my accounts just to verify a company document.

Whilst documents are reviewed first in, first out most of the time, I did have several accounts that fell out of "order" and took far longer than others. They were still approved eventually.

As you say, the whole system is a bit of a mess currently.

Put in a new system and forgot to test it....

System has no teeth in the first place.

As of next week i will be sat waiting 3 months on documents after going over the threshold.. very annoying as well as you cant even pay your fees from the frozen account..
Thank god for stealth and numerous accounts.. I may even have to call them or create a facebook page with the stealths details so I can contact them via that route

3 months is a very long time

Your best option may be to fire them over a message through the message centre on PayPal

Good luck with that, having issues trying to confirm a bank due to not receiving the code and tried to contact pp via my account message system. Only two options and guess what, neither of them relate to not receiving the code lol
PP CS is utterly useless from what I read on pp forums.
