Contacting paypal via social media - lifting limits info
 

Just thought I would share this, I submitted PP docs on a stealth account back end of January and waited patiently for over 3 months but they were never reviewed.
I never like calling the PP "Irish contingent" also knowing emailing them is useless you just get the auto responses- So I heard a good way to get a response was via social media.. so I quickly knocked up a stealth Facebook account and contacted them through that.. within 24 hours I had my documents approved on my Stealth account!

Now the reason i thought I'd share this is (and it might just have been good quality docs) but the PP social media team will have contacted the guys in limitations saying they have been contacted by a member asking to review their account.. which IMO adds another level of verification that the account is who it is so to speak!
the guys in limitations have no back track on checking the FB account and the guys in social media won't be used to dealing with possible stealth accounts!

Yes the entire web will get that message??.. very specious reasoning there..so all the past comments you give to forum users about submitting documents to PP.... that will be another door going to slap closed in others' faces now.

zero point in having this forum if you don't share the odd experience.. Aspkin should prob remove the stealth guide as well under the same principle..
