PayPal withdrawal delay

Is anyone experiencing this at the moment ?
Happened to 2 of my stealth

"We are processing your withdrawal request. You should see the funds in your bank account very soon.

If a problem occurs, it can take up to a week for your bank to tell us about it. We'll email you immediately if any issues come up."

phew..thought it was just me! is the withdrawal completed? It is for me but it still hasnt shown up in my bank :(

It seems to be happening with a few accounts at the moment. No idea as to why yet though
