Add debit or Credit card - to lift LIMITED paypal account

Hi there guys, im on my last step of lifting the limitation for my paypal account

this should be the PHONE VERIFICATION.

however before i can do that it is asking me to ADD ANOTHER DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.

now i try re adding the same card but it says ive already linked this one to paypal please try a different card????

i set another entropay card and tried to add it but it wouldnt work again?!??!

what do i do ppl!!!

if youve registered a card already, it will give you that message. If its brand new not used yet, it shouldnt give that particular message.
Whe you say 2nd card wouldnt work, what message did it give?

i just put a new card in and it said, we have been unable to match your billing address with card provided,

If you can, try changing the billing address on the card

or better yet just get a gift card & register the address matching your paypal

see forum re vcc and letting card address mature for at least 3 days, after youve amended it.

I do not know if it is alright to just barge in to other peoples topic but I got problem with paypal almost the same with this.

I account became limited today. And it ask me to finish the checklist. It told me to:

Confirm credit card - this one I am having problem see deatils below
Change password - I change this today
Change security question - I change this today

Regarding Confirm your credit card, I am having problem with it because when I click the Resolve button it is forwarding me to a page where I am to add my Credit Card, I tried adding two of my credit cards but it will just get me back to the same page. Now that I think about it when your account is Limited it is mentioned that you cannot actually add a credit card. Look here:

Please help me resolve my account limitations. I am working online in oDesk and it is my primary source of money. I love Paypal because it is letting me withdraw my fund with only few charges and Godly fast.

And also this happens after I have sent money to my brother. But the payment has been made to the status of HELD.

This is the first time that it happened to me. Have anyone really lose their money just because the payment is held?

I would greatly appreciate any help.

OP did paypal ask you to add the credit card or are you just completing the steps to remove limitations off your own back? ie asking them to call you [phone verification]
