Any suggestions? (Limited UK paypal, won't let me add USA bank)
 

I had a stealth UK paypal that literally only lasted a week or two. Made about $400 and before I could try to add my USA bank account it was limited. I had heard they would be willing to add a USA bank if you call in.

Now I have a limited account that they say is able to withdraw funds, but everytime I call they say "sure we can add that USA bank", then transfer me to someone else who basically says no that's not possible.

And since I'm in the USA there's no chance of me getting a UK bank account or receiving a check. Has this ever happened to anyone and did they let you add the USA account?

Seems like I may just have to chalk it up as a loss but figured I'd ask here.

What's the reason for limitation?

Have you tried to reinstate the account?
