cant enter confirmation code

anyone having any issues with paypal after adding a bank and trying to enter the confirmation code?

its GREYED out for me and I can NOT click it to enter the code which is infuriating me, any fixes for this apart from calling them up, im actually thinking they want me to do this to limit the account, maybe that's just me being paranoid but I know what PP are like:doh:
