PayPal no longer want my documents?
 

Never had this one.

A couple of weeks ago, they warned me I was nearing my EU limit and wanted documents. They gave me 'X' amount of days to fix this before my account became limited.

So I got the documents together, went to upload them tonight an suddenly there's no such notification on my account. I have around £600 left so the limit hasn't been lifted or cleared.

But there's no longer a soft 'limit' or 'warning' on the account. It's like nothing ever happened. Sadly, I deleted the email and I'm trying to convince myself I didn't imagine it!

Weird. Has this happened to anyone?

I wouldn't be surprised if this did happen, PayPal does some very weird things sometimes (such as locking me out of my genuine account to the extent their IT teams can't get me back on it after 48 hours of investigating the issue!... still waiting for them to fix this btw!)

However this doesn't mean you no longer need to submit the information.

I would have them on hand just in case they ask for them again which is very possible.

once i got an email from payapal that i was permanently limited and could no longer buy or sell, but payments kept coming in and I kept selling about 500 items a month for about three more months before it did actually get limited permanently. saw a red notification every time i logged in saying that I was limited and not allowed to accept payments, but payments from buyers didn't stop for months.. lol.. kept withdrawing money on a regular basis so there wasn't much in there to get seized when it did finally get shut down...

Perhaps with the £ weakening in the last few weeks it has taken you back under the point where they request documents.

Call in and ask, the most effective way of moving things forward.

No, my limits are still in place. There's just no notifications asking for documents anymore.

Since I already have them ready with the correct dates, would it hurt the account if I just uploaded what I have now?

Can u log in to your account?
And any limitation for your transactions? I mean send and receive

Yeah I can log in. No limitations being shown. I don't send money with this account anyway but I can still receive funds no problem. It's acting as if it normally would without the EU limits lifted.

Just wondering if I should upload the documents anyway?

I too would also like to know this. I have a steady 4 month old Paypal account which has small transactions via ebay with safe products. Im only at about 700 pounds total sales and want to lift limits ready for when i increase sales.
Just this week registered as a business, I have a bank acc added and an Entropay card added and both verified, all green ticks but i need to now upload ID for my stealth person.
Do i upload the documents which i can fabricate with no problem or is there another option i'm missing?
Sorry to hijack but i felt we were both looking for a similar answer.

maybe the 12 month period was up and you had more balance available ?
