Lift EU limits to withdraw after 6 month withold of funds
 

Hi

Before I knew about proper stealth accounts I created a UK Paypal account under a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name in order to sell on eBay following an indefinite eBay suspension. I was asked to provide verification of ID etc in order to lift EU limits, something which you understand I was unable to do, so the Paypal funds were frozen for 6 months.

I read in another forum that after the 6 months you are able to withdraw your funds but just not able to send money, make payments or lift the limitation on the account without providing the ID. So I patiently waited and contacted Paypal.

Paypal have requested the I.D. and advising they are within their right to hold funds until such requested I.D. is provided in accordance with the EU policy.

Any advise on this and how I can get my money?

P.s. The reason I do not want to simply say to Paypal "actually this is my real name and here is my ID" is because I do not want to compromise and existing Paypal account which I trade with.

You have to give them ID basically. You can then add in a bank account if you don't always have one added and then you can withdraw the funds.

if your details a phake on this account, then providing documents shouldnt cause risk to a different account with different details?

Unless of course you using the same ip address and user account or any other linkages?
