Adding your bank account verifies the paypal. This means all sending limits are removed

Adding a vcc then confirming the card will confirm your address. You can only do this after you have verified the paypal with a bank account.

Use any of the Mastercard or VISA ones that are on sale usually Sainsburys or Morrisons are best to look for cards.

Ilovemygiftcard is the new one in Morrisons which works well and yes you can get the 4 digit code without issue.

No it's how you make the account, not generally down to the VCC, well that's my experience anyway.. methodology rather than the ingredients used to make the account.
