limited acount with entropay
 

Hello;
I created some PP accounts with entropay VCC cards.
the problem is the Paypal asking for credit card statment with name and address
the card is virtual and there is no paper statement and no name and address in online statement
Any suggestions for this?

You can be creative about a credit card statement

They don't know where its from as long as it shows history and the last 4#'s etc

Yes, they do.

There's been a few instances of this happening in the last few weeks - Paypal gets limited with a request for credit card statement.

The best you can do is supply screenshots of the account. An alternative is to speak with them, explain the card is virtual and ask if they will take anything else.

Whatever you do, DO NOT send in a credit card statement with the Entropay card number on it.

Your chances of getting any of the accounts restored is slim.

I do it all the time never had an issue with it. Just a generic credit card statement with bogus information showing the last 4 of the card numbers.

I don't think they look up the BIN #'s and confirm what bank actually owns the issuing credit card to verify the statement matches that info. Personally never had a statement denied but maybe its been luck

I think there is certainly an increase in security measures against new accounts using entropay in the last week.

I have over 30 accounts total, always used entropay on all of them and never a single issue these last few years. This week I created 7 new accounts, I always list as soon as I create, again never had an issue. I had 4 of these new accounts shut down within a day of each other, requesting statements for my debit card (the entropay). Interestingly those 4 all had active auctions running. The other 3 the auctions had already finished and first payment received and they are fine so far *touch wood*. My accounts were not linked in any other way, and the fact they are requesting only the statements would certainly suggest to me the issue is solely entropay.

I have since altered my creation methods a fraction and put another new entropay backed stealth up, lasted 24 hours so far but we will see.

A little worrying to say the least though and not sure whether this is the start of a larger cull of entropay, which would be pretty disastrous for myself and I am sure many other stealthers too, or just a sporadic crackdown on a smaller scale.

My accounts were 100% unlinked though and I am ultra cautious in my creation and listing approaches. I have gained a small reassurance reading that others have had similar issues this last week but obviously that doesn't stop me from being any less nervous about the whole situation.

Yeah just go the same : To confirm you're the credit card owner, please send us a copy of your latest credit card statement that shows your name, address and complete credit card number.
I have a 1 completed buy now only ..small tat low cost item .
Other account are fine so far.. might just bin it I suppose

What ip did you use ? mobile data ?

Did you change the address in entropay to verify PP.... I had this happen a few years ago..i didn't add address... been using entropay for 2 years with no issues..
