| | | mrbitty | 08-24-2016 05:16 AM | Withdrawing from UK Paypal to bank / card Hello everyone, I have a debit card and this card has UK bank details attached to it for top ups (bank account name is that of the company providing the card). My question now is this, can I add the bank details attached to the card to my Paypal and withdraw to that bank account / card? Also does the name on the bank account have to match the name on Paypal account? |

Adding a Barclays bank account though is fine |

| Ebayorbust | 08-24-2016 10:35 AM | Re: Withdrawing from UK Paypal to bank / card If the Paypal name matches the name on the bank account then Lloyds / TSB is fine.
If the Paypal name does not match the name on the bank account then use Barclays.
The reason why Lloyds / TSB is not recommended for stealth is due to them not liking deposits coming in with mismatching names. |

just to clarify on this,
if i have a Natwest business account and i want to link to a pp that is not in my name, should i be changing the details on the pp to match the billing address?
do UK business accounts act any differently with linking to PPS? there is a wealth of knowledge here for personal accounts but not much on business.
i am afraid when i link the card it may miss-match the billing address and get the account limited.
finally are Natwest E-saver/E-savings accounts still OK to use?
thanks |

| spindoctor | 10-22-2016 08:20 AM | Re: Withdrawing from UK Paypal to bank / card Must be hit and miss on those accounts.
I have 12 Lloyds accounts and never had any problems, have a few tsb accounts too.
There all mismatch named accounts and not a sniff of a problem for over 2 years. Quote:

Is it under the same personal name?
Or company bank accounts etc? |

| spindoctor | 11-06-2016 08:14 PM | Re: Withdrawing from UK Paypal to bank / card Of course it's possible. I wouldn't have 12 accounts with them otherwise.
I currently own 2 limited companies that each own 1 current account, with 5 savings accounts. Equalling 12 accounts. It's not rocket science. It's so much easier dealing with limited companies and bank accounts then it is with your own personal name and accounts.
If I ever need to close accounts, just need to simply say that business failed.
My business also has...
Barclays, Santander, rbs, Clydesdale,NatWest, nationwide, the list goes on... having 1 current and 5 savings account with each bank quickly adds up and there all business accounts.
If you need to have a list of banks to apply to. Just simply search 'list of uk bank accounts 2016'.
I have a business accounts with bank of china U.K. Branch. There's hundreds of banks that can be used and not all of them are U.K. Banks, they have uk branches though, which are face to face meets to open accounts but can be opened, no questions asked.
So yeah, very possible to have 250 bank accounts easily opened with using limited companies.
You just need to have a good accountant, to deal with all the company documents and yearly returns. I'm qualified in accounting so I do all my books.
Not hard at all to get a lot of bank accounts without effecting your name. Quote:

Not hard at all to get a lot of bank accounts without effecting your name. | Was wondering how easy it is to set up LTD company and time frame?
Also the time frame to set up business acc's? About a year ago when i went to Natwest to try and open business account they asked me for a business plan and cashflows, surely thats not necessary?
Would really appreciate your response and help. |
