Out of 8 accounts only got the managed payments required email on one. Its not a big selling account. There is a list of items not allowed to be sold on managed payments. Just add a listing for a vehicle, coins, or an adult item to buy yourself some time if your like me and don't want to sign up until the bitter end.

Memberships for campground and RV parks
Motor vehicles
Wine

I have 2 very old stealth accounts. One with a feedback over a 1000 the other with a feedback of over 500. There 4 plus years old they never got the invite for the manage payments. If they don't send me the invite then am I still able to use pay pal. I don't see any their propaganda when I log in to eBay in any way shape or form. Any other people out there in the same boat as I am.
