Eceommercebytes article - New eBay Fees Will Include Commission on Sales Tax
Hi all,
There is a very interesting article on Ecommercebytes site that everyone should check out. They are saying that "sellers will pay a commission on sales tax that eBay must collect on behalf of states that charge it. The changes will impact sellers enrolled in Managed Payments, which will include many more sellers by the end of July"
This is clearly wrong and another ploy by Ebay to moneygrab even more money from us sellers. This needs discussed...

well,I guess it is to compensate EBAY FOR setting up the sales tax calculation on its website and the efforts involved in remitting sales tax to all these states.
Instead of us doing the work, state by state.

So we are supposed to compensate eBay for something they are required to do under state law? Should we also compensate them for paying their property tax or income tax?
