Won't eBay recognize me by my SSN?
 

I have had an eBay account suspended that was in my real name. I set up my own Stelath account using info from the book. I've been doing well...no issues for over a year...Top Rated Seller. However, when I sign up for the MP account I have to provide my SSN. It won't match my name and address on my account, but it will match the name and address on the suspended account. So, won't eBay be able to link my SSN to the old account and suspend me? I use Paypal, and I have no issues. They have my SSN, and things have gone fine with Paypal. My concern is eBay recognizing me when they check my SSN. Has anyone had any luck with this?

ebay has never had your ssn so you should be good alot they cant link you by name and there are more people with the same name

Thank you for the information. My concern is that my SSN would provide them with my BD and address. Am I mistaken?

No it wont all they do is check of the name matches the ssn number but you do need to have a different address when you fill out managed payments dont ever use a address that was suspended in the past
