I have one account restricted to no new listings on paypal at the moment.

PAYPAL,I prefer PAypal.
I may go back and use my Paypal debit card more often as it gives me a 1 1/2% cash rebate and I dont withdraw from my Paypal account until it reaches 1k,make it easier to reconcile my bank statement.
