MP - add a primary contact

I'm to this point.

It's asking for name, dob and ssn or itin. I have already used my ein on the st3p before this.

IF I put my real info in on this page will ebay link me to a suspended account from my name and DOB?

All other info is new and legit, this is the only part I'm worried about..
