MP hold Global shipping funds until delivered overseas
 

I have one account that eBay is holding funds until delivered, I have just found out that if you use global shipping they will hold those funds until the order is delivered overseas or 30 days if they can not see the tracking in some countries.

This is against policy and I called them out on it, stating that I am only responsible for the delivery to get to Kentucky, they then released the funds. I looked over my recent Global Shipping orders and they have done this on all the sales.

So eBay is holding global shipping funds until delivered to the customer or 30 days and also holding money from returns on top rated sellers, all of which they did not do before, look at the millions if not billions they are holding now they are converting all to MP which they never had the funds from before.

it takes much longer now to deliver a package,so Ebay wants to protect itself.
Question-
I notice several of my sellers shipped USPS priority ,using just plain borwn box and no USPS priority label slapped outside,does USPS know it is a priority package?

the one I received today took 10 days to arrive

Yes. usps priority is sorted separately from first class mail, they have multiple bins, and priority go in one.. and 1st class goes in other
