Default Thoughts on using NRA to set up LLC

So trying to figure out a way to set up multiple ebay accounts not conected to each other. Any thoughts on using Northwest registered agent services. They register LLC and provide address. I am wondering if anyone here has used their services

I doubt it, but there are tons of registered agent services which all do the same thing. Your plan should work fine.

What about filing estimated taxes monthly for each llc ? Do you have a plan for that? Is it a single member llc? If so, what about payroll, state unemployment taxes, and state taxes? and monthly sales tax. You hiring to manage all these llc's and how much you paying the accountant to handle all these llc's?... a lot of this is tongue in cheek, because people post oh i am just going to create an llc... sure maybe 1-3 is doable, but when you start trying to managed 15-20 ebay accounts, good luck with all that accounting. Then when ebay suspends it, you have to disolve the LLC... Yearly llc costs in the state you're in, including a resolution at each suspension

I don't really know what I am going to do but if I set up an LLC it will be sole proprietor no employees. Just trying to figure out how to have a backup with accounts in case ebay suspends or cancels. Only way to be prepared and continue selling.

For virtually all ebay businesses, you simply have your CPA combine your pass through incomes and file taxes accordingly. Non of the stuff you just mentioned.

For most everyone, it isnt very complicated.

Why would you need 25 Mega accounts? Why not just 1-2 new mega accounts a year?

If you are a churn and burn kinda seller, this isnt going to work for you. You will be opening and closing EINs left and right.

Not churn and burn, but i do go through 5-10 accounts a year sometimes. I had no issues on and off for a few years and then last summer got hit hard and had to retool...Which i did.

Mega accounts mean mega chances of some random vero douche dinging you, at least with 20-25 accounts you can minimize the strikes by spreading products out and if one gets hit, no big deal. You let it ride and go on. Vero is the biggest reason, too many companies are exploiting it. Even on legit items, hell one account i was testing drop shipping on was hit by a random no name brand vero strike.

What nobody talks about, and what i saw in some court filings companies like enumber inc, have special NSA contracts with USPS at rates far greater than any of us can compete with. So even if i source the product, i can't match their Chinese prices because they have NSA contracts with usps.

I have not lost an ebay account since 2015. Maybe sell different items?
