Wait until you get the message from eBay that you are required to switch over.

I already received the email. My question is how the account is stealth and you don't have my information, what is the correct steps for change to manage payments?

my question is about the MP. My ebay ACC is in USA. I'm from Bulgaria. What would I need to switch to MP. Thank you.

Out of curiosity with MP now why would you ever want a USA ebay account. Don't you guys not use MP at all. Why not get Bulgarian accounts?

You need a US Bank for a USA MP account

So far I'm using only PP which is pain in the ass. Was curious when I receive the invitation letter to move for MP how would I do it?

So we can make a Bulgarian eBay account with a UK PayPal and sell directly on eBay UK with no managed payment for a long time ? No managed payment on Bulgarian ? What is the eBay for Bulgarian ?
