MP - does Ebay check name+dob in national database?

Is using stealth name and stealth dob safe or ebay can check it in national database?

name of cardholder is never in the database,so you can forget DOB.

If there is a such public database/agency in your country, they probably can. What is you country in EU ?

I have stealth accounts registered in UK, Germany and a few Eastern Europe countries
I m worried about UK and Germany as they have their own ebay sites, ebay.co.uk and ebay.de
What about you? Which countries do you use?
