Default had a customer say they couldnt pay....

just had a customer saying ebay was giving them an error when they tried to pay. I updated to MP. everything confirmed and stuff. could this be just the customer or is anyone else having such issues since update?

I've had a few buyers claim they can't pay me since I switched to MP. Seems like it's an ongoing, random issue, there are multiple threads about it in the payments forum.

this is normal. It's the PP side or processor side. Depending on how you're setup.

Tell them to verify their PP with their CC then use PP to pay you

They are using MP, not PP
