Post Conversion to MP sales

After converting your stealth account to MP, did you throttle down your sales or kept the same volume and sales amount.

I am wondering if post MP conversion you have to treat that converted account as a new account as per new ebay/PP account creation or is it just business as usual.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Post Conversion to MP sales

Sales went up when I switched my accounts to MP.

I don't know anything for sure but it feels like eBay is kind of "shadowbanning" Paypal holdouts who still haven't switched. eBay probably knows that most "real"/non-stealth accounts have already switched so anyone still taking Paypal now is probably some kind of shady.

Sales are naturally going to go up when half of the sellers haven't converted. Less sellers = more sales for you :-)

My sales went up. True there's less competition, but another factor is that many consumers don't use PayPal. The casual online buyer pays with credit cards, the youth pays with apple pay or debit cards. I'm sure many customers abandoned their shopping carts in the past when PayPal was the only form of payment accepted. Go through the trouble of signing up with PayPal or log onto Amazon and buy it quickly and easily? Quick and easy wins the race (and gets the sale)

But credit cards and Apple Pay didn't just become an option. The buyer's payment options did not change.

So Wrong...
You've posted on many threads today. Everything you've written either makes no sense or is just flat out wrong... Everything!
You're not in the USA as your flag suggests, I can only assume that your just trying to reach 25 posts so you'll be able to send private messages, for what purpose only you know.
This forum is dedicated to helping people, so it's best that you don't respond when you don't know what you are talking about. Misinformation and random babbling helps nobody.

You obviously have me confused with someone else. I stated that "credit cards and Apple Pay didn't just become an option. The buyer's payment options did not change.". You're disagreeing with this? I spend over $12,000 a year purchasing on eBay. My statement is 100% accurate. Your comment is literally "random babbling" as you do not add to the conversation or explain anything that you're claiming. What makes you think (or care) that I'm not in the U.S.? What misinformation have I given?
