how to refund Ebay seller under MP
 

I bought a DVD from an Ebay seller and it does not work,she lost the dispute when she fails to respond in timely manner.and I got my money back
Then she sent me a substitute (a different movie and I enjoy watching it -DELIVERANCE) and I want to refund the refund,but with MP,how do I proceed?
With Paypal,all I need is to find her Paypal email address and send her the money,but with MP,how do I send her money without buying anything from her?
( DELIVERANCE is a great movie which I watched before and I enjoy watching it again. 2 of my 4 actors have past away-one is Burt Reynolds)

I’m not sure there is a way it might be worth just buying the DVD from her again and sending her a message letting her know that she doesn’t need to actually send it

You cant.

Message the seller and have her text you her paypal or other payment method.

Just do the same as before. Paypal still works.

He has no way of finding out the seller's Paypal email.

Contact the seller and ask to be invoiced, agent.

Save your Paypal email as an image and upload it as an attachment when you message the seller - otherwise message filters will block you from sending your email.

Seller gave me her PAYPAL email addr and I refunded her and revised my feedback

Re Managed Payments, its working out not as bad as i thought, although fees are higher than with Paypal.

It's not lower. There are tons of new fees that didn't exist with Paypal.

Also venmo is meant for non-commercial transactions, right (equivalent of PP F&F payments)? I've seen no mention of venmo in MP.


Fair enough. Most sellers don't know how to get around the message filters.
