eBay refunds the fees. Everytime I refund a buyer through a return request eBay shows me the fee portion that they are refunding to the buyer.

$9 on $200 is typical of eBay after all the miscellaneous fees they tack on.

The OP had no reason to provide any more info. They just wanted to know if eBay will refund the fee or not.. and the answer is "yes".

when it was Ebay and Paypal,Paypal may not refunded its fee as it has paid its merchant account provider and it wont refund Paypal.
but now it is Ebay and MP,would MP refund its fee?
