do they verify this info with some kind of big database. also does anyone know if a dead persons last 4 would work

they use that 4 last digits with other information which is tied to that 4 digits

I was able to pass using the first 2 letters of my first name, my last name, and real birthdate and last 4.

I was banned from Ebay about 10 years ago so not sure if this will last...

They confirm it against the national database - they match the name, DOB and last 4 digits (I dont believe the address plays a factor).

ok so if they verifty the last 4 against the name it makes it almost impossible to use a horse #### name so the next step would be what about a country that does not use this info, what would be an easy foreign account to create an ID with to sell. It looks like the good old us of a is done for
