Can I reuse a bank account tied to a PayPal account tied to a banned ebay account?
 

New eBay account banned after 1st listing, tried to get it fixed but no luck. I linked a matching (same name, address, phone, email) PayPal account to this now banned eBay account. Can I still use the bank account that was tied to this PayPal account for upgrading a stealth account to eBay MP or can eBay "see" the bank account that was inside that PayPal account? Should I unlink the bank account from the PayPal account?

Ebay cannot see the bank which is linked to your Paypal account.
Your Paypal account however is now linked to your suspended Ebay account/
Do you want to remove your bank account from your Paypal account?
You can,but Paypal would still keep the bank account on file

So there's essentially no point in removing my bank account from the said PayPal account? I don't have any use for that paypal account. Going to cancel the IP address I used, so I don't think I'll be logging in ever again to that account.

you can only link a bank account to one paypal account,so if you want to use that bank account for another Paypal account,you must first remove it from the old Paypal account.assuming there is no pending withdrawal from that bank account
