Used EIN in multiple accounts

Has anyone used one EIN on multiple MP registration?

I heard that MP is a separate system from eBay. I wonder if anyone has had success with doing this?

I know it screams red flag across all stealth rules but I wanted to know if anyone has done this and has been smooth sailing
