enter a valid date of birth
 

When I set up managed payment, I entered DOB but it was not accepted, "enter a valid date of birth". My date of birth is correct.

Remember, if you're making a US account, we use the Month first... so while June 23 1933 is 06/23/1933 if you put it in the European way 23/06/1933 it will be considered invalid, because there is no 23rd month.

Just one thing to double check.

I have the same problem on some of my accounts. And it is not about US or European date format. For example one of my accounts has 10/10/1990 DOB. And I got "enter a valid date of birth". If I wait 1-2 weeks after the first try, everything become perfect. Do anyone have any solutions?

Just wait 2-3 days.

I get this if I forget to put the first 2 digits of the year. eg 83 instead of 1983, etc

clear cookies or try another browser - helps sometimes

interesting if clearing cookies helps rather than keeping them
