Stealth buying

If I buy something with a seller account, will the seller see my real name/address?
I know about return shipping addresses.
If that's true, isn't there a way to change my REAL info to stealth etc...

The seller will see whatever name and address are registered on ebay.
If you change those details to your REAL info it is no longer a stealth account.
Sounds like you need the stealth guide...
