I swear these people are ****ing dog**** apes. It literally makes you want to burn down their corporate office and go insane.

All I keep getting is this email.

I have EVERYTHING that is not a cancellation or refund. Marked as delivered now. THESE APES just keep sending this same email. With a different representative to me every 48-72 hours.

I'm losing my mind here. as they have 2k$ locked up.

Is there something to be done or do I just abandon my account and eat the loss.
Or should I just get my dick wet and sue them in small claims court for ****s and gigs.

You probably wouldn't get very far in court since eBay's terms of service were created by a team of corporate lawyers.

Have you uploaded tracking for all your orders?

Yeah suing them is not going to work since you broke their ToS from day one by using false information to sign up.
Youll have to give them what theyre asking for and hope for the best. Sad but true.

that's usually the email they send when they don't want you anymore.

I'd say keep giving them those tracking... and most likely they'll ask for something else like documents.

And at the same time make some new stealth accounts.

Check all your orders within the last 90 days. In your appeal email you should also include the tracking numbers along with the corresponding item number next it.

Don't expect for your account to be reinstated after this as they will then usally request invoices.
