Issues with managed payments refunds
I seem to be the only person having this issue. When I go to refund a buyer using MP, it tells me "Your refund couldn't go through". My bank is already successfully hooked up to eB payments, I have received payouts, I have pending payouts, Ive tried using a prepaid VISA (ebay says they couldn't verify the card), Ive tried directly linking a PP (doesn't work), nothing seems to work.
The only way it worked is I had to request a CS rep to step in to manually force a refund, which will probably result in a defect on my account. But since my struggles w the refund has been documented and I actually requested Ebay to force the refund, Im hopeful my appeal will go smoothly
Anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it? What was causing the issue in the first place?
