Managed payments on stealth account ... How to proceed?
 

Hey there

I have an old US stealth account from 2014 with 100% feedback.
Now I must change to managed payments in order to continue listing.
The problem is, I am from Europe and not USA.
So about the bank account, can I use an online account like payoneer or transferwise?

Next problem, they also ask for SSN when completing managed payments signup. Due to obvious reasons my real SSN cannot be used as it is EU SSN. So I can just a random one? eBay has any way to check if the SSN matches the name on the account?

I think many people are in the same situation .... how did you proceed?
I don't want to do anything wrong in order not to put the account at risk.

Hi

You cannot use your account without ssn in usa. you can change the country before registration. when country will be changed you can add your your eu bank details . recommended to use real physical bank -(non virtual) .if you have an old acc, changing country is not an issue..gl

So that means you change your address to the EU address? Or they do not ask for new address when changing country? I cannot use my real address because my real ebay account was banned and contained this address, that's why I made a stealth one.

Also my real physical bank account has my name on it and of course not the name from the stealth account. That is also no issue?
