ACTIVE LISTING REMOVED (cus not enrolled into MP)

has anyone had active listings (which were made before MP deadline but were still live on ebay cus not sold out yet) removed by ebay for not enrolling into MP

i had got all these emails regarding them removing them but i finally had my 1st listing removed (netherlands accout, i have both usa and euro accounts)

Haven't had active listings removed because I enrolled in MP - uk, usa, canada - just sharing experience
