Payouts on hold...need card on file.

So i got an email from ebay today saying my payouts were on hold because i need a card on file in case i have owed fees. It ONLY gives me the option of adding a card and not my bank account. Never had to do this since i buy all my ebay accounts with a VCC attached. Can i just buy another VCC on the marketplace or do i need to add my real credit/debit card.

I had the same issue on more than one account.

VCC for me was enough but we are in different countries not 100% sure it will work for you... anyway trying does not harm

Never had a problem with the cards. The main thing is that it would be unique.
